The resulting finish not only meets but exceeds (KCMA) Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturer Association standards for resistance to stains and surface damage that can be caused by common household chemicals.

They are just stunning and were well worth the wait for them. I cannot get over the beautiful finish work that you and your team did on them. Everything is so smooth and well fit together. The island looks great and I was very happy with the work that Jimmy did today putting on all of the pulls and knobs.

1983...My story starts back in a small town high school woodshop class where I fell in love with the art of woodworking. I fortunately had a Father who taught me how to work with my hands, how to work hard, great work ethics, customer relations and business managment...that coupled with a great High School woodshop teacher who nurtured my zeal for the woodworking trade. I won several 1st. place NJ state awards for my projects that I produced in class. I knew at that time what I wanted to do with my life & that some day I would have a business of my own.
After graduation I went on to continue working for a custom sail boat company where I honed my talents and was trained by "Old Timers" in the field of boat building & woodworking.
1992...It was time to move on. I moved to North Carolina and there is where the story of my business began. I started my shop from the ground up in a small 2 car garage as most people do in this industry. Since then the shop has grown 3 times. I opened the doors for business in December of 1993.

There is a huge difference in the type of finish that is applied to cabinetry. Most shops are mostly concerned about the cost of the product not the quality. My philosophy is very different. I would rather spend more money on a better product and not have issues down the road. We use, what we believe to be the very best finish products on the market!
